SELLING PRICE
The selling price of each product is displayed on the applicable product page and at checkout.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed on the product page or at checkout before your order is completed.
For shipments to the United States, we generally use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. Applicable customs duties and import taxes are generally included in the shipping cost and will not normally be charged separately to the customer upon delivery.

Orders are typically processed within approximately 2–3 calendar days.
For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 9–18 calendar days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs procedures, carrier delays, peak periods, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must generally:

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We may ask you to provide your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue so that we can evaluate your claim.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue for which we are responsible, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Where a return is required due to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item for which we are responsible, Redyra will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund has been issued, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider.
