Redyra may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, logistics partners, and shipping carriers to store, prepare, fulfill, and deliver products.

Accordingly, an order may be fulfilled or shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider rather than directly from a Redyra-operated facility.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided through our Shipping Policy, product pages, checkout, or order communications.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• carrier delays;
• customs processing;
• severe weather;
• holidays and peak shipping periods;
• transportation disruptions;
• governmental actions;
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
• other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate delivery issues in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have if goods are lost, damaged, defective, materially delayed, or not delivered.

Redyra is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with Redyra.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of Redyra products and is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Redyra, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from Redyra.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Redyra.

Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, feedback, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Redyra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and communicate that User Content for purposes connected with operating, improving, and promoting Redyra and the Services.

Where required by law, we will obtain any additional consent necessary for particular advertising uses.

You represent that:

1. you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to submit the User Content;
2. your submission does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
3. your submission is not knowingly false or misleading; and
4. you disclose any material connection, compensation, free product, discount, or other incentive associated with a review where required by law.

We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We do not require reviews to be positive and will not knowingly condition an incentive on a positive review.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, estimated transit times, availability, or other information.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order.

If an order is cancelled after payment because of such an error, we will refund the applicable amount.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDYRA AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDYRA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE A DIFFERENT REMEDY OR AMOUNT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury to the extent caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, product liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redyra and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from:

1. your material breach of these Terms;
2. your unlawful misuse of the Services;
3. your violation of applicable law; or
4. your infringement of a third party's legal rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Redyra for Redyra's own negligence, unlawful conduct, defective products, or other matters for which Redyra is legally responsible.

SECTION 23 — FORCE MAJEURE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Redyra will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, labor disruptions, epidemics, pandemics, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, telecommunications failures, or similar events.

This section does not remove any mandatory refund, delivery, cancellation, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 24 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 25 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Redyra regarding your use of the Services and purchases from us.

If a specific policy expressly states that it controls a particular matter, that policy will control that matter to the extent of any conflict.

SECTION 26 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your place of residence.

Where applicable law gives consumers the right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction or otherwise restricts the choice of governing law or forum, those rights remain unaffected.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under an existing purchase where prohibited by law.
